From Scheduling Tornadoes to Symphony-Level Organization
About Us

Once upon a time, a non-musician (that's me!) bought a music academy. On paper, it looked like a dream—hundreds of students, a team of talented teachers, and steady cash flow. A little organization, a few tweaks, and boom—easy business, right?
Wrong!

The moment I took the driver's seat, mayhem grabbed me by the neck and tossed me into the scheduling tornado.

Here's the problem: Parents see music lessons as a wonderful enrichment activity—something to squeeze in if soccer practice, science fairs, and family vacations don't get in the way. Teachers, on the other hand, have dedicated their entire lives to music—it's not just a hobby; it's their career. And when these two forces collide? Chaos.

Imagine juggling 300 students, an ever-changing maze of make-up lessons, double bookings, frantic reschedules, and—every studio owner's nightmare—the dreaded refund request. It quickly became clear that without a solid system, I’d spend my days drowning in admin work instead of, well... running a successful business.

I searched high and low for software that could handle the unique challenges of a music academy—integrated calendars, automated invoicing, self-scheduling, teacher dashboards, payroll management. What I found were generic scheduling tools built by software developers who clearly had never managed a single music lesson.
So, in a twist I never saw coming, I founded a software company.

Meet mySymphony—The Solution Built By A Studio Owner for Music Teachers and Academies.

Born out of pure frustration (and a lot of caffeine), mySymphony is the first all-in-one platform built specifically for music schools, teachers, and independent instructors. We’ve tackled the biggest pain points of scheduling, billing, and organization so that teachers can stop drowning in admin work and get back to doing what they love—teaching music.

"Because music education should sound like a symphony, not a scheduling disaster."
